The top five riders with the most points at the end of each series are 2013 AMA District Champions and the top 16 ( top 8 in D-42) qualify to advance to the 2013 AMA State Final. All rounds that riders compete in count towards their point accumulation. Riders must compete in one round to be eligible for overall awards and riders must compete at the final round to receive overall awards. The top 16 riders in D-41and D-20 ( top 8 in D-42) that race one round are eligible to compete in the State Final. Rules are the same for all 3 AMA districts. All rounds offer organized practice on Saturday and offer the standard weekend schedule at each round.
